Delayed or Lost Packages

We will review the available shipment information and, where possible, assist with the relevant shipping or fulfillment provider.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Damaged Packages

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

For customers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection and delivery rights remain unaffected by this Shipping Policy.
